That’s how the Paint Shop Hanging Team describes themselves.

And for good reason. This team plays one of the most important roles in the painting process. Every position has its own responsibility: some team members hang, transfer, and remove bicycle frames from the painting conveyor, while others prepare bicycle components and mask the areas that must remain paint-free. Although everyone performs different tasks, they all work towards one shared goal – ensuring that the painting process runs smoothly. Among the members of this team are Aironas and Jurgita.

Aironas has been with the company for a year. His role is somewhat unique, as it combines a shortened version of all the frame-hanging positions. Describing his job with a smile, he says:

"My role is basically a shortened version of the entire frame hanging process. In other words, I let the conveyor belt catch its breath."

Looking back on his first day at work, Aironas says that what impressed him most was the team:

"From day one, I was surrounded by young, cheerful, and dedicated colleagues. That’s what made me enjoy both the team and the work itself. Everything I needed to learn, I learned together with my colleagues."

Even today, Aironas appreciates the support within the team:

"Throughout this journey, I'm grateful to have colleagues who are always ready to help."

Jurgita joined the team almost a year ago. Curiosity led her to the job—she saw the vacancy, decided to give it a try, and has never looked back.

"I'm still very happy with my decision," she says with a smile.

Jurgita's responsibility is to mask the parts of the bicycle components that must remain unpainted during the painting process. This is an important step because if these areas were painted, it would make the bicycle assembly process much more difficult later on.

Speaking about the team's daily work, she highlights their strong sense of teamwork:

"Sometimes a task requires the help of several people, so we always support each other."

For Jurgita, it's not just about the work—it's also about the atmosphere:

"We talk a lot, laugh together, and chat not only about work but also about life."
