New modern and sustainable factory

The Pon.Bike factory opened its doors and started operating in September 2024. The three-storey building houses the bicycle assembly and paint workshops, as well as a warehouse and administrative offices. Together with our partners, we have managed to create a cozy and comfortable work environment for our people, ensuring their well-being, health, and safety.

The factory has an A++ energy rating and is self-sufficient, with 10,000 square metres of solar panels installed on its roof to generate electricity. It also feature other “green” solutions, such as charging stations for electric bikes and cars. In addition to the buildings, the 127,000 m2 site also includes 435 parking spaces. It was built in accordance with the BREEAM Excellent Sustainable Buildings certification, to ensure the building’s operational efficiency and environmental friendliness, and to provide a high-quality workplace for the factory employees.
