In September 2024, Pon.Bike, the world’s largest bike family, owned by Dutch Pon Holdings, opened a new manufacturing facility in Kėdainiai.
A constantly growing team of specialists assembles hundreds of bicycles and e-bikes daily.
In the factory's training line, specialists continually learn new skills, working according to LEAN and 5S standards, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional workplace organization.
The new Pon.Bike factory uses modern technologies to meet the highest sustainability and clean production standards.
The factory produces bikes for a wide range of brands including Gazelle, Kalkhoff, Focus, Veloretti and Urban Arrow.
