The process here is different. More individual solutions, more responsibility at every step. Although the components are the same, assembling them requires a completely different approach.

Jūratė, who has been working in the cell for over two years, didn't end up here by chance. Having started on the assembly line, she decided to challenge herself in a more complex stage. Unlike assembly lines, where the process is broken down into many individual positions, here you need to see the big picture. Decisions are often made on the spot, and there is no shortage of challenges. Jūratė doesn't hide it—in this job, you constantly face the unexpected: "Bike assembly is complex, so we have to make decisions on how to fix emerging errors or changes."

Quality control also contributes to the final result in the cell. Quality control specialists ensure that every cargo bike meets the requirements. One colleague started his journey on the third line, later moving to quality control to look for more growth opportunities. He emphasizes that attention to detail is paramount in this job. On a daily basis, this means constant checking, spotting potential defects, and reacting quickly. Sometimes, the challenge is not just to spot a mistake, but to understand it. "It is important not to miss any defects and to pay attention to newly emerging ones," he adds. His most memorable event during his first days was inspecting 64 cargo bikes in a single day.

Speaking about the team, Jūratė mentions that these are people who help each other find ways to solve problems, and she also highlights the overall atmosphere: "I get along with everyone—they are all amazing colleagues in their own way." When asked what their team is like, the answer is positive: "We are coffee-powered professionals... but seriously, we are flexible and results-oriented."

The bikes assembled in the cell demand more than just precision; they require critical thinking and adaptability. That is why here, standard processes give way to solutions. 🚲
