About the role
We invite you to join the Pon.Bike Lithuania team as Material Planner and become a part of the world-leading bicycle family Pon.Bike. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for the daily planning in such a way that the possibilities and capacity of the dependent production departments are optimally utilized and the highest quality delivery towards the customer is achieved.

Your responsibilities
To plan component orders based on sales forecasts.
To supervise and control inventory levels, ensuring production needs and optimising costs.
To communicate with suppliers, send them orders, share demand forecasts and solve problems.
To ensure receipt of materials from order to arrival at the warehouse.
To update and maintain information in the company's ERP system.
Make suggestions (in consultation with the Supply Chain Manager) to improve existing procedures and practices and optimise existing processes.
To prepare reports on the current situation and activities.
To maintain good relations with the team: share experiences, make suggestions, listen to needs and help others to perform their tasks in the supply chain.
To work on the other tasks delivered by the Supply Chain Manager.
We expect that you:
Have a degree in logistics, supply chain management, business or related fields.
Having at least 2 years of experience in material/production planning, purchasing or related fields, proven experience with the production management software is preferred.
Are proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Have effective communication and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Are a results-oriented person with a passion to perform.
Are able to communicate in Lithuanian and English at an intermediate level (verbal and written).
