About the role

We invite you to join Pon.Bike, one of the world's largest bicycle manufacturers, and become a Warehouse Operator at Pon.Bike Lithuania. In this role, you will report to the Warehouse Operations Team Leader.

Your responsibilities 

• Accurately pick parts according to orders using a high-reach forklift and deliver them to other teams.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide suggestions for optimization.

• Follow established company policies, procedures, and values in daily work.

• Comply with all health and safety requirements.

• Be a strong team player and assist colleagues when needed.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Department Manager.

We expect that you:

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Previous warehouse experience is a strong advantage; however, candidates without experience are welcome, as full training will be provided.

• Experience operating a high-reach forklift is an advantage.

• Ability to work in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.

• Willingness to participate in process improvement projects and contribute ideas (knowledge of LEAN concepts, methods, and techniques is an advantage).

• Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with colleagues, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
