About the role

We invite you to join Pon.Bike Lithuania as an Warehouse employee and become a part of the world-leading bicycle family Pon.Bike. You will report to the Team lead Warehouse at Pon.Bike Lithuania. Your main goal will be to deliver the required raw material for the production departments on time.

Your responsibilities 

• Perform various tasks in the Warehouse (e.g., transportation, counting, packaging bicycles, packaging their accessories in boxes and attaching them to the product, picking orders, unpacking, and loading).

• Participate in process optimization initiatives and provide suggestions.

• Follow established policies, procedures, and values ​​at work.

• Comply with all safety and health requirements.

• Be a good team player, help others.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the team lead or department manager.

We expect that you:

• Meticulousness, attention to detail.

• Work experience in a warehouse is a great advantage, but we will teach you everything you need to know.

• Experience driving a forklift (advantage).

• Ability to work according to established work procedures and instructions.

• Willingness to participate in process improvement projects and propose ideas (knowledge of LEAN concepts, methods and techniques is an advantage).

• Communicative skills when working with colleagues, result orientation.

• Knowledge of the Lithuanian language (oral and written).
