Operator Wheel-Assembly

About the role

We invite you to join Pon.Bike Lithuania as an Operator Wheel-Assembly and become a part of the world-leading bicycle family Pon.Bike. You will report to the Team lead Wheel-Assembly at Pon.Bike Lithuania. Your main goal will be to perform and control all operational activities for the production of wheels at a qualitatively and quantitatively required level in such a way as to create an optimal flow in the wheel production line / wheel assembly.

Your responsibilities 

• To assemble wheels, creating an optimal flow in the wheel production line/wheel assembly.

• To ensure the required quality and quantity of  assembled wheels.  

• To contribute to the optimisation of the process.

• To work under the set policies, procedures and values. 

• To follow all the Health & Safety requirements.

• To be a good team player, which means helping each other and assisting where needed.

• To work on other tasks dedicated by the Team Lead or Department Manager. 

We expect that you:

• Have experience in a production company (experience in close areas- an advantage).

• Are able to follow the procedures and instructions that are set for the job. 

• Are willing to contribute with the ideas for improvement (if you have knowledge of LEAN concepts, methods and techniques- it would be an advantage). 

• From a personality perspective, you like to collaborate with colleagues, and are a motivated results-oriented person. 

• Are able to communicate in Lithuanian (verbal and written).
