About the role
We invite you to join the Pon.Bike Lithuania team as HR Specialist and become a part of the world-leading bicycle family Pon.Bike. You will report to the HR Manager and will contribute to setting up the HR procedures, recruitment, creating and implementing the best employees’ Lifecycle experience in the organization as well as be responsible for HR related documents.

Your responsibilities
To participate in creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
To prepare and manage HR documents in accordance with legal requirements (recruitment/ dismissal, leave registration, working schedules etc.).
To implement the onboarding process (welcome packages, workplace preparation, onboarding activities, training etc.) and create the best experience for the newcomers.
To manage employees’ time and attendance, develop and maintain time and attendance processes, advise managers on time and attendance issues.
To ensure that all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
To participate in recruitment and selection of production employees, communicate with recruiters and other external parties.
To advise managers and employees on labor law issues.
To participate in the implementation and testing process of all HR systems used at Pon.Bike Lithuania, afterwards have a detailed knowledge of these systems, ensure that the processes are carried out correctly, and provide end-user training when required.
To initiate and participate in the activities arranged by the HR department.
To work on the other tasks assigned by the HR manager.
We expect that you:
Have a degree in administration, HR management, organizational psychology, or related fields.
Have at least 2 years of experience in the HR department (in a production company would be an advantage).
Have experience in working with HR systems/data management systems.
Are proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Have excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
Have a good knowledge of labor laws and practices.
Are able to keep sensitive information confidential.
Have a people-oriented and helpful personality.
Have a passion to perform and deliver the best results.
Are able to communicate in Lithuanian and English at an intermediate level (verbal and written).
