We invite you to join Pon.Bike, one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in the world, and become a Continuous Improvement (CI) specialist at Pon.Bike Lithuania. You will report to the Continuous Improvement and Project Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• You will propose and implement process improvement ideas using Lean and Six Sigma methods.

• You will analyze and draw value streams (VSM), eliminate "disruptions" and streamline daily processes.

• You will facilitate problem-solving sessions - help teams find the real causes and turn them into workable solutions.

• You will support the activities of 5S and other Lean tools to ensure that the work environment is organized and comfortable for everyone.

• You will manage CI projects from the initial idea to the final result measurement.

• You will inspire a culture of improvement - encourage collaboration, open discussions and bold ideas.

• You will clearly and simply record process maps, reports and project progress.

• You will share achievements, insights and indicators with managers and stakeholders.

• You will ensure high standards and compliance with company policies in all improvement activities.

• You will train and mentor colleagues, helping them master Lean and process management tools.

This job requires:

• Practical experience in applying Lean tools, 5S and structured problem-solving methods.

• Initiative and experience in managing projects or changes.

• Excellent digital skills (Google Workspace, AI tools and other modern tools).

• Good communication, time management and ability to bring people together for a common goal.

• Curiosity, desire to constantly learn and courage to take responsibility for your projects.

• Fluent Lithuanian and English (oral and written) for international communication.

• Advantages: Six Sigma knowledge, experience in value stream mapping (VSM), knowledge of line balancing or MTM methodologies and strong technical understanding.
