Paintshop Training Coordinator

We invite you to join one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in the worl, Pon.Bike Lithuania, and become a Training Coordinator at Pon Bike Lithuania. You will report to the Paint Shop Team Leader.

Your responsibilities: 

• Train employees in the painting process according to established internal procedures.

• Perform painting work and perform painter functions.

• Have a good knowledge of bicycle models assembled at the factory, their parts, materials used, understand production methods and functional requirements.

• Ensure the quality of the work performed. Use painting tools (sprayers, paint pumps, etc.) and convey knowledge about their use and setting parameters to other employees.

• To work on other tasks dedicated by the Team Lead or Department Manager. 

We expect that you:

• At least 2-3 years of work experience in the field of painting.

• Experience working with painting tools (sprayer, paint pumps).

• Experience working with water-based paints (advantage). good communication skills in working with and training different people.

• Willingness and ability to train others, share your experience.

• Good planning and organizational skills, ability to set priorities and ensure that everything is completed on time.

• Lithuanian and English (verbal and written).

• Results-oriented and motivated to work.
