Transfer/stickering employee

About the role

We invite you to join one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in the world, Pon.Bike, and become a Sticker Applicator at Pon.Bike Lithuania. You will report to the Paint Shop Team Leader, and your main goal will be to apply stickers to bicycle frames in accordance with quality standards and established procedures and instructions.

Your responsibilities:

• Sticking water-based stickers on bicycle frames.

• To check and evaluate the quality of painted and stickered parts.

• To work under the set policies, procedures and values. 

• To follow all the Health & Safety requirements.

• To be a good team player, which means helping each other and assisting where needed. 

• To work on other tasks dedicated by the Team Lead or Department Manager. 

We expect that you:

• Have experience in a production company (experience in close areas- an advantage).

• thoroughness, attention to details.

• Are able to follow the procedures and instructions that are set for the job. 

• From a personality perspective, you like to collaborate with colleagues, and are a motivated results-oriented person. 

• Are able to communicate in Lithuanian (verbal and written).
