About the practice

We invite you to complete a paid internship in production process improvement at the Pon.Bike factory in Kėdainiai, one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in the world!

Your responsibilities:

● Assisted the Continuous Improvement and Project Team Leader in implementing daily
tasks and improvement projects.
● Contributed to maintaining and improving the 5S methodology in production workplaces.
● Monitored production processes, helped the team identify problems, causes of inefficiency and opportunities for process improvement.
● Assisted in searching for, analyzing and evaluating optimal solutions for equipment, furniture and other workplace layouts.
● Collaborated with colleagues from different departments to achieve more efficient,
safer and more comfortable work processes.

This work requires:

● Good planning and organizational skills, ability to set priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
● Ability to collect, systematize and analyze information, prepare reports and monitor the progress of task implementation.
● Initiative, responsibility, results-oriented, ability to independently seek solutions and contribute to process improvement.
