You will be responsible for the complete preparations of work carried out (mainly in the Assembly Department) on new products for production, including process documentation, work instructions, tools, as well as the optimisation of production processes (Continuous Improvement) on various aspects: output, quality, safety and costs.

Your responsibilities
Independently developing the production process based on product design; preparing the process documentation of the signed production processes, in particular routing, work instructions (with standardisation of output/task times), control sheets (specifying standard values/control range), reference parts and safety instructions.
Independently coordinate the development and selection of appropriate tools and resources, as well as work with suppliers.
Initiating improvement proposals and new process ideas, development into Business Case with CapEx and project-based realisation of approved proposals.
Independently define and ensure the implementation in the SAP (ERP system) of the correct production steps (Paint Shop, wheel assembly, pre-assembly, final assembly, warehouse) in the form of routing(s).
Translating internal customer requirements or wishes into process requirements and reporting and advising on them; analysing common production problems and setting up a plan of action for problem resolution to this end.
Have knowledge of the different models of bicycles, the materials used, the functional requirements and the method of production in its own company;
Have knowledge of different production techniques, production processes, production equipment and materials used.
Playing an important role in various projects related to quality, capacity, cost savings, product improvement.
Working on the other tasks delivered by the Team Lead Manufacturing Engineering based on production needs.
We expect that you:
Have a degree in chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar fields.
Have at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing engineering team of a production company which has supplied you with knowledge of machines and tools (Assembly related knowledge would be an advantage).
Are able to read technical documentation in Lithuanian and English.
Have good planning and organisational skills, can prioritise tasks and ensure that everything is done on time.
Are a results-oriented person with a passion to perform.
Are able to communicate in Lithuanian and English (verbal and written).
