About the role
We invite you to join the Pon.Bike family, a global leader in bicycle manufacturing, and become the Final Assembly Line Team Leader at Pon.Bike Lithuania. In this role, you will report to the Assembly Department Manager.

Your responsibilities
Support your department and team in achieving established goals by leading the End-Assembly Line team.
Participate in recruitment activities and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Collaborate with other department team leaders to create team schedules and ensure the right people are assigned to meet production targets.
Assign tasks, manage employee rotation, and ensure team members follow work instructions and quality standards.
Report on performance, quality, production volumes, workload distribution, and any deviations to the Assembly, Industrial Engineering, and Technical Support Manager. Take corrective and preventive actions, and discuss department performance, process improvement opportunities, and problem-solving initiatives.
Implement and maintain the highest standards of health and workplace safety. Report accidents or unsafe situations and resolve them whenever possible.
Foster effective internal communication, provide guidance on work-related matters, and create a supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to collaborate and help one another.
Ensure scheduled maintenance activities are completed and that conditions are in place for facility and equipment maintenance.
Lead by example by taking initiative to improve processes, encouraging team members to suggest improvements, and supporting the implementation of those ideas.
Carry out any other duties assigned by your direct manager.
Higher education or a vocational qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment in a Shift Leader, Team Leader, or similar supervisory role (experience leading an assembly line team is a strong advantage).
Experience using a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or other production management software (SAP experience is a strong advantage).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is an advantage.
Ability to take responsibility for your own work and your team's performance.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to succeed.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
