End-assembly employee

About the role

We invite you to join Pon.Bike Lithuania as an End-assembly employee and become a part of the world-leading bicycle family Pon.Bike. You will report to the Team lead End-Assembly at Pon.Bike Lithuania. Your main goal will be to fit the right parts to the bike frame on the assembly line.  We will set the team including different level operators based on your experience, technical skills as well as willingness to learn new things.

Your responsibilities 

• To attach various parts and wheels to the bicycle frame on the assembly line. 

• To work with power screwdrivers and tools on a moving conveyor.

• To check the quality of the operations carried out.

• To contribute to the optimisation of the process.

• To work under the set policies, procedures and values. 

• To follow all the Health & Safety requirements.

• To be a good team player, which means helping each other and assisting where needed.

• To work on other tasks dedicated by the Team Lead or Department Manager. 

We expect that you:

• Have experience in a production company (experience in close areas- an advantage).

• Meticulousness and attention to detail.

• Are able to follow the procedures and instructions that are set for the job. 

• Are willing to contribute with the ideas for improvement (if you have knowledge of LEAN concepts, methods and techniques- it would be an advantage). 

• From a personality perspective, you like to collaborate with colleagues, and are a motivated results-oriented person. 

• Are able to communicate in Lithuanian (verbal and written).
