Financial Analyst

We invite you to join Pon.Bike Lithuania as a Financial Analyst and become a part of the world-leading bicycle family Pon.Bike. You will report to the Finance Manager at Pon.Bike Lithuania.

Your responsibilities 

• Conduct standard costing, variance analysis, and support forecasting and cost center controlling.

• Manage SAP FICO master data and track resource/FTE reporting for Operations.

• Analyze production results, material write-offs, and optimize additional costs (e.g., shipping).

• Generate internal reports on Sales/GM, inventory, freight costs, and material prices.

• Assist with financial planning and ensure budget forecasts are met.

We expect that you:

• Have 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.

• Have experience in a manufacturing company.

• Have very good knowledge of English.

• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Have experience with SAP software (big advantage)
