About the role

We invite you to join one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in the world, Pon.Bike, and become a Parts Supply Operator for Pon.Bike Lithuania.

Your responsibilities 

• Ensure delivery of parts to final assembly or wheel assembly lines according to the planned production plan using the SAP program.

• Order missing parts from the warehouse using the SAP application.

• Collaborate with senior operators.

• Maintain order in the workplace according to prepared 5S standards.

• Provide ideas for improving the workplace, occupational safety and production process.

• Participate in process optimization initiatives and provide suggestions.

• Follow established policies, procedures, and values ​​at work.

• Comply with all safety and health requirements.

• Being a good team player, meaning helping others when needed.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader or department manager.

We expect that you:

• Experience in a manufacturing company (working on an assembly line is a big advantage).

• Meticulousness, attention to detail.

• Ability to work according to established work procedures and instructions.

• Willingness to participate in process improvement projects and propose ideas (knowledge of LEAN concepts, methods and techniques is an advantage).

• Communicative skills when working with colleagues, result orientation.

• Knowledge of the Lithuanian language (oral and written).

• annually reviewed salary – 1580 - 1600 (gross);

• annual bonuses;

• friendly work schedule (Monday–Friday, 8 working hours), Assembly department working hours from 7:55 a.m. to 4:55 p.m.;
