Accounts payable

About the role

We invite you to join Pon.Bike Lithuania as an Accounts payable and become a part of the world-leading bicycle family Pon.Bike. You will report directly to the Accountant manager at Pon.Bike Lithuania. Your main goal will be to work with primary financial documents according to the established local and Pon overall process and procedures.

Your responsibilities 

• To work with primary financial documents: verify and enter into the system in accordance with established requirements.

• To initiate and administer payment orders.

• To administer the aggregation of supplier data and their maintenance in the systems.

• Other related responsibilities and tasks delivered by the CFO. 

We expect that you:

• 1-2 years of similar work experience (preferably in an international company) and good accounting knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

• Good knowledge of English (oral and written).

• Good Excel skills and experience with an ERP system (SAP would be an advantage).

• Attentiveness, attention to details, agility in working with various data management programs.

• Organization and motivation to cooperate both with colleagues from finance and other departments.
